Co-founder and Board Director
Dr. Negin Hajizadeh
As the Co-Founder of EPD and Director of the Board, Dr. Negin Hajizadeh holds a Medical Degree from Brown School of Medicine and a Masters in Public Health from Yale School of Public Health. With extensive experience as a critical care and pulmonary doctor, including roles at Bellevue Hospital and Northwell Health, now serves as a Senior Researcher at Bayer Hispania and Founder/CMO of SenseMed Health telehealth clinic.

Clara Londoño
A medical surgeon from Universidad de Antioquia, Colombia, and a Master's graduate in Mental Health Counseling from Alfred University in 2021. Engaged in community leadership roles since 2009, including initiatives such as El Poder de Decidir and the Elmhurst Community Partnership. Currently, serving as the Associate Director of Community Relations and Engagement at Elmhurst Hospital, driving research on child obesity prevention with Northwell.

Potri Ranka Manis
A trailblazer deeply rooted in indigenous heritage as Tradition Bearer of Bai Labi a Gaus sa Borocot, Maguing, Lanao del Sur, Dirampaten Royal House. As a Registered Nurse and Artist Activist, she founded Kinding Sindaw Heritage Foundation to preserve the culture and traditions of indigenous and Sultanate communities in Mindanao, Philippines. Co-founder of Kalusugan Coalition and El Poder de Decider, she serves on the boards of Philippine Nurses Association NY and Woodside on the Move, and advises on the AAPI and legislative councils in NYC. Potri is also an award-winning Playwright, Poet, Choreographer, Dance Master Teacher, and Teaching Artist. She was honored with a Congressional Proclamation by Congress Member Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez for her frontline nursing during COVID-19 in Queens.

Reyzury Jackson Rogers
As a seasoned healthcare marketer, Reyzury Jackson-Rogers is committed to using his skills to make a difference in the world. With more than 10 years of experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sector, he has developed a deep understanding of the complex healthcare landscape and the importance of effective marketing in driving social change. By combining his community engagement skills with a passion for improving health outcomes, Mr. Jackson-Rogers helps our organization develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and drive meaningful engagement.

Daniela Ramírez
Originally from Colombia, Dr. Daniela Ramirez pursued her passion for emergency medicine in the United States after graduating from medical school. Despite not yet being able to practice medicine in the U.S., she actively serves her community by volunteering as a sexual health educator and supporting migrants through El Poder de Decidir. Daniela channels her expertise and compassion into providing valuable resources to help individuals navigate their new environment and make informed decisions. With a steadfast commitment to service, she continues to strive for positive impact, both within the medical field and beyond.

Ricardo Londoño
A Colombian physician currently engaged in clinical research in the United States, Dr. Ricardo Londoño actively participated in groups promoting equity and gender equality for women in Colombia during their time as a medical student. Their involvement aimed for positive societal change and advocated for equal opportunities and rights for women.
